Quick Recipe: Water For Your Workout

I usually take a bottle of water with me to the gym, but I saw this recipe on Instagram and decided to try it out. Basically, it’s a container of water with orange and lime slices. It was very simple to do and I greatly benefited. Water is an acquired taste for me. Let’s face it: there’s nothing spectacular about water except the benefits you receive. You can experiment to find the ideal taste for you.

Ingredients:

1 64 oz bottle

2 Oranges

2 Limes

Ice

Directions:

Slice the oranges and limes and place them in the bottle

Add ice, filling the bottle to the top.

Fill the bottle with ice and refrigerate.
